Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs efficiently.

• Physical Requirements of the Role
• Guest Experience Experts will be required to be on their feet and move around for extended periods, which includes standing, sitting, or walking. The role involves navigating narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, as well as using stairs and service ramps. A hands-on approach is essential, requiring the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. This also includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to deliver a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
