Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Track operational and network performance metrics and proactively identify gaps.
• Conduct root cause analysis for performance deviations and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Establish and run regular performance reviews, dashboards, and action-oriented operating cadences.
• Coordinate with Business, Operations, Expansion, Asset, Power, and other teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Identify critical issues, escalate appropriately, and ensure timely resolution with clear ownership.
• Build performance dashboards and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Ideal candidate

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, business analytics, control tower, project management, or performance management.
• B.Tech/B.E. preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to perform detailed root cause analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong ownership, execution orientation, and ability to drive performance through a structured operating cadence.
