Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end tender processes, including bid preparation, pricing strategy, and tender submissions.
- Manage contract negotiations and oversee high-value contracts to ensure timely execution and delivery.
- Analyze market trends, develop forecasts, and apply data-driven strategies to improve commercial performance.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to support business objectives.
- Ensure contract profitability through strategic planning and financial analysis.
- Use tendering tools and contract management systems to support operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and Masters with LLB or any Law based educational background.
- 5–7 years of total experience and at least and 3+ Years of managerial experience is required.
- Procurement, tendering, contract management, and commercial roles.
- Preferably within manpower services, staffing, or recruitment sectors.
**Skills Required**
- Expertise in tendering tools and contract management systems
- Strong financial planning and analysis capabilities Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Preference will be given to candidates **currently based in Qatar** who can join on **short notice** and have **realistic salary expectations** aligned with the role and market standards.
- Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
