- Monitor day-to-day HSE operations and ensure all personnel are working safely, wearing PPE, and following best practices.
- Carry out accident/incident investigations, root cause analysis, and prepare detailed reports.
- Maintain HSE documentation including risk assessments, MSDS, audits, permits, and safety logs.
- Conduct HSE inductions, safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for all employees and subcontractors.
- Liaise with clients, authorities, and third-party auditors to ensure project compliance with HSE requirements.
- Support emergency response drills and ensure readiness of all emergency equipment and procedures.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
- **Minimum 3–5 years** of HSE experience in **Marine and/or Oil & Gas environments** (offshore and onshore).
- NEBOSH IGC certification is **mandatory**; additional HSE or industry certifications (IOSH, OSHA, BOSIET, OPITO) are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
