• We're hiring a Contracting Manager to expand and own that network.

• You'll be the dealmaker behind every partnership Luxury Facilities offers.
• From securing exclusive rates with five-star hotels to negotiating dining privileges with the UAE's top restaurants, you'll own the supplier relationships that define the member experience.

• 📋 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
• Identify, approach, and onboard new hotel, resort, restaurant, and travel partners across the UAE, GCC, and key international destinations
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and exclusive member benefits with hospitality and travel suppliers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner brands, GMs, and commercial teams
• Secure competitive offers — discounted rates, complimentary upgrades, dining credits, spa access, and bespoke experiences
• Review and renegotiate existing contracts to protect margin and member value
• Coordinate with marketing, membership, and reservations teams to activate new partnerships
• Represent Luxury Facilities at industry events, hotel openings, and trade shows
• Track partner performance and ensure agreed deliverables are honoured

• ✅ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴
• 4–6 years in hotel contracting, supplier relations, B2B partnerships, or hospitality sales
• Active network with hotels, resorts, restaurants, or tourism partners in the UAE and GCC — this is a major plus
• Proven track record negotiating contracts and securing competitive rates
• Strong commercial instincts; you understand margin, exclusivity, and partner ROI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management — comfortable presenting to GMs, directors, and decision-makers
• Self-starter who can manage a partner pipeline independently without needing close supervision
• Deep understanding of the UAE hospitality and travel landscape
• Professional, polished, and presentable — you'll represent the brand in every room you enter

• No specific degree required — network, track record, and commercial results matter more
• UAE-based with a valid residency or transferable visa
• Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
• UAE driving licence preferred (partner visits across emirates)

• Competitive salary: AED 7,000 – 10,000/month based on experience and network
