Software Engineer role developing full-stack web applications with modern front-end technologies and ASP.NET/C# APIs.
The position is a 2–3 month contract.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; build and maintain ASP.NET/C# REST APIs.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers; write clean code and integrate front ends with backend services and third-party APIs.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance, participate in code reviews, and contribute to process improvements.
- Develop unit and integration tests, maintain technical documentation, support deployments, and recommend suitable technology improvements.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, and 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; solid experience building RESTful APIs with ASP.NET and C#.
- Relational database experience, understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming and REST architecture, and familiarity with version control such as Git.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Low-code/no-code platform experience such as Microsoft Power Platform or Kissflow; Microsoft Azure knowledge; OAuth/JWT familiarity; and automated testing framework experience are preferred.
