Project Duration:** Long Term
We are hiring an experienced Contract Engineer for a leading Main Contractor in Abu Dhabi handling prestigious Infrastructure Utilities Projects.
Candidates must have solid experience in STEP Sewerage, Pumping Stations, Water Connection Projects, and related infrastructure utilities works.
Responsibilities
*Manage contract administration activities for infrastructure projects
*Review and interpret contract terms and project specifications
*Handle claims, variations, and extension of time submissions
*Prepare contractual correspondence and commercial reports
*Monitor project compliance with contractual obligations
*Support project teams on commercial and contractual matters
*Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients regarding contract issues
*Assist in risk management and dispute resolution processes
Requirements
*Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying
*Minimum 10 years of professional experience
*Strong Infrastructure Utilities project experience
*Strong background in contract administration, claims, and commercial management
*Experience with STEP Sewerage, Pumping Stations, and Water Connection Projects preferred
*Main contractor experience preferred
*UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage
