We are hiring a Commercial Director for a consultancy company in Doha.
This is a senior-level role for a seasoned Quantity Surveying professional with strong expertise in commercial strategy and cost management.
Responsibilities
- Lead all commercial and QS functions across operations
- Develop and manage budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts
- Oversee contract administration and procurement strategy
- Ensure effective risk management and commercial compliance
- Provide strategic commercial insights to senior leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience
- MRICS certification is mandatory
- Strong QS design and pre-contract experience
- Background in Facilities Management preferred
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- This is a high-impact leadership role suited for professionals currently operating at a senior commercial or director level.
