Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract negotiation and management activities.
- Ensure contractual compliance and effective supplier performance.
- Manage commercial risk and escalation processes.
- Develop commercial frameworks and governance standards.
- Support procurement and vendor management activities.
- Provide commercial advice to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor contract performance against KPIs and SLAs.
Qualifications
- CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) and or PRINCE2 or APM Project Management certifications
