Key responsibilities

• Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collect and analyze data to support improvement initiatives and measure results.
• Participate in Kaizen events, workshops, and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Document current processes and help develop standard operating procedures.
• Support implementation of continuous improvement tools and techniques across departments.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to sustain improvements.

Education and qualifications

• Technical background or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Basic understanding of Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and apply continuous improvement methodologies.
• Adaptability and willingness to take initiative.
