Continuous Improvement and Data Analytics, Sr. Analyst

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish standardized KPI definitions, performance routines, and forecasting practices.
• Support cost, service, financial, forecasting, and operational performance across the network.
• Partner with transportation leaders and support six private-fleet and twelve dedicated-carrier operations.
• Link routing, asset utilization, and service execution decisions to financial and customer outcomes.
• Identify and deploy continuous-improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of transportation, private-fleet, or supply-chain operations experience.
• At least two years of semantic-layer design experience in Snowflake or a similar tool.
• At least two years of Power BI development, or similar.
• Lean or continuous-improvement experience.
• Programming and scripting skills, such as Python, SQL, or similar.
• Experience in KPI governance, financial analysis, forecasting, and analytics.
• Ten percent travel required.
• High school diploma or GED listed under education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
• Multi-site retail distribution or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional accountability preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.

Schedule and Employment

• Full-time position with 40 anticipated weekly hours.

Compensation

• Listed pay range is $46,988 to $112,200; the posting describes the range as base hourly rate or annual full-time salary, depending on position and circumstances.
• The position may be eligible for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
