Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content & Social Media Executive **( FEMALE )** to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and support employer branding and marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for content creation, social media trends, and digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Design posts, stories, reels, and marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar.
- Create short-form video content and reels for marketing and employer branding.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Stay updated on social media trends and suggest creative campaign ideas.
- Assist with employer branding, recruitment marketing, and company culture campaigns.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Hands on experience in using google and Meta ADS.
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
