Role Overview

Video

• Plan, shoot, and edit content covering farm construction, production, products, harvests, teams, and partners.
• Cover commissioning and other defining moments.
• Produce short-form vertical content and longer cuts for websites, investors, and trade use.
• Handle sound, lighting, and stabilization on site.

Photography

• Create product photography for microgreens, herbs, and packaged goods, including macro work.
• Create site, process, and team photography in an indoor growing environment with challenging mixed lighting.
• Deliver edited, color-consistent images for use across channels.

Graphic Design and Brand Assets

• Create and adapt vector artwork, logo lockups, icons, and brand marks in Illustrator.
• Produce packaging artwork and print-ready files with correct bleed, dielines, and color setup.
• Lay out multi-page sales, brochure, trade, and investor materials in InDesign.
• Create social assets, story templates, carousels, and campaign visuals within the NEXUS brand system.
• Maintain brand consistency and reusable master artwork files across group brands.

Content Operations

• Maintain a tagged, searchable content library so assets can be found and reused.
• Work to a content calendar agreed with the Head of Marketing and keep delivery on schedule.
• Manage file organization, versioning, and archiving.

Required Tools and Skills

• Working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Canva.
• Camera and lens handling, audio capture, basic lighting setup, and mobile-first capture and editing.
• Print production basics, including CMYK, spot color, bleed, dielines, and packaging proofs.
• AI generation and enhancement tools such as Higgsfield, Midjourney, or Runway.

What We Are Looking For

• Three or more years producing video and design work in-house or at an agency, with a portfolio showing moving image and finished vector or print design.
• Ability to take work from concept to finished file without needing art direction at every step.
• Comfort working in an operating facility with hygiene and safety rules and around active staff.
• Strong eye for food and product photography, including patience for macro work.
• Organized approach to content and asset management.
• English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work on site at the farm in Al Ain, including early starts around harvest.

Advantageous Skills

• DaVinci Resolve for color.
• Motion graphics and animated typography.

• Employment is full-time.
• Work location is in person, with work on site at the farm in Al Ain.
