Role Description

We are looking for a creative and organized Content Manager to lead our content strategy and execution across all digital channels.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing content that strengthens our brand, engages our audience, and supports business growth.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the content strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar across all channels.
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
  • Review and approve content to ensure consistency with the brand's tone of voice and guidelines.
  • Manage content across social media
  • Monitor content performance using analytics and recommend improvements based on insights.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
  • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English & Arabic
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing content across multiple digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
