Content Manager - Czech Speaker

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and driven Content Manager (Czech Speaker) to manage the social media presence of our Czech Associate Director.

In this role, you will create engaging content, manage social media channels from start to finish, and help build a strong personal brand within the Dubai real estate market.

What You'll Do Manage social media channels from A to Z (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn), including content planning, script writing, editing, publishing, and performance monitoring.

Monitor the Dubai real estate market, social media trends, and competitor activities, and translate these insights into relevant daily content ideas.

Accompany the Associate Director to business meetings, property viewings, networking events, and other professional engagements to capture content.

Film and edit videos using mobile devices and editing tools, primarily CapCut.

Coordinate and communicate with the production team when required to organize and execute larger-scale content productions and video shoots.

What You'll Need Native Czech speaker currently based in Dubai + english fluent speaking.

Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Proven experience in filming and editing videos using CapCut, with a portfolio of previous work available upon request.

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Associate Director on a daily basis.

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.

Genuine interest in the real estate industry and personal branding.
