We’re currently recruiting for a
Content Manager
as part of the growth of our Content team.
This role would be based in our Dubai office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with SEO objectives and overall business goals.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to prioritize content topics based on search demand and competition.
- Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content including articles, blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia content.
- Optimize content for target keywords, metadata, and on-page elements to improve search visibility.
- Ensure content meets SEO best practices for readability, user experience, and search engine guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Track key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and engagement metrics.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to continuously refine content strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product) to align content with broader marketing initiatives.
- Communicate SEO recommendations, insights, and performance updates clearly to stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and training to content creators on SEO best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content management with a strong focus on SEO.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Ads Keyword Planner.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla).
- SEO or digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO optimizations.
- Experience with multilingual content optimization and localization.
- Familiarity with content marketing strategies and inbound marketing principles.
