Pitch Content Manager, Global Client Pursuits

Overview

Main responsibilities

• Write strong value propositions and legal solution descriptions for use in pitch documents, in collaboration with partners, lawyers, legal knowledge management, and business development/ marketing professionals, bringing out differentiated positioning and benefits to clients
• Organize and manage centrally curated pitch content on our pitch automation platform for seamless access across the Firm
• Conduct audits of existing pitch content to streamline, lead, or support efforts to identify gaps or refresh and rewrite content to align with evolving business needs and client/market feedback
• Engage in proactive, insightful, and continuous content enhancements/ development, including review of resource usage and content collection and structuring
• Collaborate with Global Client Pursuits experts and colleagues worldwide to identify needs for new content, content refresh, and obtain feedback regularly
• Share best practices and deliver training on best practice in pitch content writing and management
• Serve as the editorial gatekeeper for content in the firm s central pitch automation software and centralized content SharePoint library, set effective protocols and processes to ensure quality, clarity, creativity, collaboration and consistency across content pieces submitted by different teams
• Align content usage, maintenance, and access with evolving technology platforms and generative AI features
• Develop and share data analytics and regular reports on pitch content usage trends to identify key content or quality gaps and address them
• Other key content, infrastructure or related projects, as needed

Skills

• and experience:
• A bachelor's degree, with strong business and commercial writing experience
• Experience in business development in professional services, ideally, law firms, with some hands-on experience in proposal development and/or similar business solutions content writing
• Organization, project management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with senior stakeholders and colleagues, and remote teams of BD/marketing professionals
• Flexible, can-do attitude; motivated and enthusiastic; personal drive and energy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good presentation skills
