1 x Permanent Full Time & 1 x Maximum Term (18 months) Full Time | 9 day fortnight

$87,301 pa + 12% super (level 3)

72.5 hour fortnight

Supporting Council's website and intranet, the team ensures accurate, accessible and up to date information is available across the wide range of services we provide. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, the team drives content quality, identifies improvement opportunities and helps deliver a seamless experience for both our customers and employees.

In this role, you will:

Create, maintain and optimise content across Council's website and intranet, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and user focused

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide advice and ensure content aligns with business and customer needs.

Identify and implement content, process and system improvement opportunities that enhance service delivery and user experience.

Monitor content performance and contribute to quality assurance activities, using insights and data to support informed decision making and continuous improvement.

You bring experience using digital platforms or content management systems, along with an understanding of website accessibility, user experience (UX) and SEO principles. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, will be highly regarded.

You are organised, adaptable and customer focused, with strong written communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. A collaborative team player, you're eager to build your knowledge of Council services and contribute to continuous improvement across our digital channels.
