Job Summary

Content Integrator

Key Responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC checks on video and audio files to ensure compliance with specifications
• Identify and report anomalies, errors, and quality issues for rework or rejection
• Input and manage metadata in Digital Content Management Systems (DCMS)
• Follow QA checklists and airline-specific standards for audits and reporting
• Validate content display on passenger interfaces (PAX GUI) and troubleshoot issues
• Support content duplication, hard drive management, and shipment tracking
• Use tools such as Manzanita Stream Analyzer, VLC, MD5 Checksum, and Beyond Compare
• Assist in troubleshooting and perform peer reviews when required
• Anticipate integration issues and ensure smooth content deployment
• Maintain media lab equipment and ensure operational readiness

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in media systems, QA, or content integration
• Familiarity with tools like SAP, Primavera, or similar systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with digital files and media systems

Preferred Skills

• Basic
• Python programming
• for automation and scripting
• Experience in media, broadcasting, or airline IFE systems
• Knowledge of metadata handling and content workflows

Additional Details

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
• Minimal client interaction, but strong internal coordination required
