BIG W seeks a Content & Influencer Manager to lead and execute end-to-end influencer strategy across social platforms.
The position is a six- to twelve-month parental-leave cover contract with full-time hours.
What you'll do
- Drive brand visibility, share of voice, engagement, and revenue through influencer activity.
- Identify, contract, negotiate rates with, onboard, and manage creators and paid talent.
- Run monthly Insiders Gifting Program operations with warehouse and category teams, and source new talent.
- Evaluate campaign performance and report ROI, engagement uplifts, and KPIs; ensure advertising disclosure compliance.
- Coordinate influencer activations with Marketing and Media Relations for broader campaigns.
What you'll bring
- Extensive influencer-marketing experience; retail, FMCG, or consumer lifestyle experience is ideal.
- Experience negotiating contracts and rates and developing long-term talent and agency relationships.
- Ability to apply analytics, ROI metrics, and social-listening insights to creative strategies.
- Project-management and logistics skills for gifting dispatch, budgets, and whole-business briefs.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills to influence cross-functional teams.
