- Support collaboration across departments and meaningful team hours.
- Develop store team members and leaders to reach their potential.
- Use data to understand customer needs and prioritize store improvements.
- Deliver performance targets across Grocery, Online, and Nightfill.
- Support resourcing, training, process compliance, community partnerships, and sustainability initiatives.
