About Us
We are a dynamic real estate and holiday homes company based in Dubai, seeking a talented Content Creator to produce high-quality visual content and manage our social media presence.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about real estate and hospitality, with experience in creating engaging videos and photography for listings and promotions.
Role Overview
- We are looking for a creative and experienced content creator who owns their own camera and equipment to capture stunning visuals for our properties.
- The ideal candidate will also edit and optimize digital content across multiple channels and manage the social media accounts of two companies:
- **Real Estate:** Promotional videos, property showcases, and market updates.
- **Holiday Homes:** Property photos, videos, and engaging content for listings and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality videos and photos of real estate and holiday homes properties.
- Edit and optimize videos and photos to a professional standard for social media, website, email newsletters, and listings.
- Manage and schedule content across two social media accounts.
- Develop creative content that drives engagement and leads.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand identity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
- Proven experience shooting and editing real estate and holiday homes content in Dubai.
- Own professional camera and editing equipment.
- Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent).
- Excellent photography skills with an eye for composition, lighting, and staging.
- Experience managing social media accounts, including content planning and posting.
- Knowledge of trends in real estate and holiday home marketing.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience with drone photography/videography.
- Knowledge of social media mangement, paid ads and analytics.
