Lead Hash Include's content brand from zero while learning enterprise sales alongside the Founder/CEO and Sales Director.
Half on-camera content creation, half hands-on sales education.
This role is built around video.
We need someone who already creates video content.
Your existing video work is central to the application.
What You'll Do
- Front a weekly video series on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
- Script, shoot, and edit short-form content
- Build our social channels from scratch
- Cover client visits and events across the UAE
- Sit in on real sales calls and learn the playbook
- Run outreach, qualify leads, book discovery calls
Requirements
- Recent graduate from a UAE university (Media, Communications, Digital Marketing, Film, or Journalism)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong on-camera presence — confident, expressive, watchable
- **Existing video portfolio you appear in** (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, student film, vlogs, etc.)
- Comfortable with CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent
- Fluent English (Arabic a plus)
- Eligible to work in the UAE
