We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands social media culture, trends, storytelling, and how to create content that feels natural, fresh, and engaging, not forced or overly corporate.
What We’re Looking For
We want a creative female content creator/social media specialist who is deeply familiar with current trends on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, understands Gen Z-style marketing, and knows how to turn ideas into content people actually want to watch.
You should have a good eye for aesthetics, branding, editing, and content strategy.
Responsibilities
- Create and film engaging TikTok & Instagram content
- Stay updated with social media trends, sounds, and viral formats
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and content concepts
- Help build and maintain ORK’s visual identity online
- Edit short-form videos and aesthetic content
- Assist with content planning and posting schedules
- Suggest new ideas to improve engagement and reach
- Participate in shoots, styling, and creative direction
Requirements
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current trends
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in content creation, editing, or social media management
- Familiar with apps like CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, etc.
- Comfortable filming content and thinking outside the box
- Passion for aesthetics, fashion, lifestyle, or branding
- Organized, proactive, and full of ideas
- Based in Dubai preferred
Bonus Points If You
- Understand Pinterest-style branding/aesthetics
- Have experience growing a social media page
- Can create viral or emotionally engaging content
- Have photography or styling skills
