Creators7 is a Dubai-based content creation and media company helping founders, coaches, consultants, real estate professionals, and brands build a stronger online presence through strategic, high-quality content.

We help our clients turn their ideas, expertise, stories, and offers into professional content that can educate, inspire, engage, and generate business opportunities.

Our work covers content strategy, short-form video scripts, social media content, personal branding, creative campaign ideas, shooting direction, and content systems for clients who want to show up online with clarity, confidence, and consistency.

We are looking for someone creative, curious, and organized — someone who does not just write captions, but understands what makes content work.

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Content Creator to join our team in Dubai.

The Content Creator will support the creation of content ideas, scripts, captions, content calendars, and creative directions for different clients across industries such as personal branding, real estate, coaching, consulting, education, lifestyle, and business.

This role requires someone who can research trends, understand client objectives, analyze competitors, write engaging short-form video scripts, and transform raw ideas into clear, useful, and creative content.

You will work closely with the creative, production, and account teams to make sure every piece of content has a clear purpose, strong hook, relevant message, and proper brand alignment.

Research content trends, social media formats, competitors, and industry insights.

Develop creative content ideas for reels, short-form videos, carousels, posts, and campaigns.

Write short-form video scripts with strong hooks, clear structure, and engaging storytelling.

Create captions, content angles, headlines, and calls to action.

Support in building monthly content calendars for clients.

Turn client voice notes, briefs, meetings, and raw ideas into organized content concepts.

Prepare simple shooting briefs and creative directions for video production.

Collaborate with designers, editors, videographers, and account managers.

Review content for clarity, tone, grammar, and brand alignment.

Stay updated with social media trends, creator formats, and digital marketing best practices.

Use AI tools for research, brainstorming, and productivity while avoiding generic or copied content.

Strong Arabic writing skills are essential.

Good English communication and writing skills.

Ability to write engaging scripts for short-form video content.

Good understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

Interest in personal branding, business content, storytelling, digital marketing, and creator economy trends.

Ability to research, analyze, and turn insights into content ideas.

Good sense of what makes content engaging, useful, and shareable.

Ability to edit, proofread, and improve content quality.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Creative, proactive, organized, and open to feedback.

with Canva, CapCut, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar tools is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in any field is accepted; Marketing, Communications, Media, or Journalism is preferred.
