We're hiring a part-time Content Creator to be the face and creative engine behind some of our startup incubations including VettedBriefs — a curated intelligence service that delivers vetted, high-signal research briefs to founders, operators, and investors who don't have time to dig through the noise themselves.

This isn't a "post and pray" social media role.

You'll be the person on camera showing the world why staying informed shouldn't take hours out of your day.

You'll learn the product inside-out, create content that speaks directly to busy operators and decision-makers, and directly drive signups and paid conversions [+ be rewarded with commission].

→ Create 1-2 short-form videos per day (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) — breakdowns of what VettedBriefs delivers, "why this saves you 5 hours a week" demos, and trending format content aimed at founders and operators

→ Appear on camera to present the value of the service, what a brief looks like, and who it's for

→ Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, and [NOTE: add other platforms you're targeting] presence

→ Research competitor content, trending formats, and viral hooks in the founder/operator/B2B intelligence space

→ Edit all your own videos (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci — whatever you're fastest with)

→ Repurpose content across platforms (Reel → Short → TikTok → ad creative)

→ Work directly with the founder to execute on content direction, ICP targeting, and creative strategy

→ Own your content calendar and posting schedule

What we're looking for:

→ You want to be part of a startup from the early days

→ You live on Instagram/TikTok/YouTube and understand what makes content perform

→ Comfortable and natural on camera — no strong accent when speaking in English

→ You can go from idea to published video fast — speed matters more than perfection

→ Strong video editing skills — you handle the full pipeline from filming to posting

→ Genuinely curious about business, research, and the future of how founders get smart — you'll need to internalize the service and explain its value clearly

→ High agency — you take direction well but don't need hand-holding to execute

→ Young, hungry, startup-minded — this is a ground-floor opportunity, not a corporate gig

→ Organized with daily deliverables and content tracking

This is a part-time remote role.

We're a startup, so we've structured compensation to reward performance:

→ Base salary: $500 – $1,500 USD/month

→ Performance bonus: Revenue share (15–25%) on every paid conversion you drive

→ Our plans start from 99$ per month.

Strong creators will significantly out-earn the base
