Immaculate Training Services, one of the leading training institutes in Dubai, is looking for a dynamic and creative **Digital Content Creator** to join our growing team.

Job Description
As our Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content that reflects our brand and connects with our audience.
You will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting our training programs while enhancing brand awareness, increasing website traffic, and generating quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms
- Develop reels, videos, graphics, and written content in coordination with Sales, Operations, and Trainers
- Manage and update website content with training program details and insights
- Promote training programs through social media and digital campaigns
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns
- Support branding and digital marketing initiatives
- Perform video editing and create short-form content
- Handle SEO and website content management
- Create compelling copywriting and branding content
- Analyze engagement metrics and optimize campaign performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
- Experience in the training or education sector is preferred
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools
- Understanding of digital trends and audience engagement strategies
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
& Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management
- Experience in marketing research and performance analysis is an advantage
