About This Role
Overview
As our first dedicated Content Creator, you'll report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of digital storytelling across all platforms.
Your mission?
Translate complex engineering and cutting-edge manufacturing into engaging, human-centered content for global audiences, both B2B and B2C.
No bureaucracy.

Digital Marketing & Content
- Execute content calendar: LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, blog, email.
- Write scripts, posts, newsletters and website copy.
- Optimize for SEO, algorithms and engagement. Track performance.
Storytelling (Tech Focus)
- Turn technical specs (composites, marine propulsion, aviation) into human stories.
- Produce video content: behind-the-scenes, product demos, CEO interviews, event recaps.
- Collaborate with Graphic Designer on visuals + motion graphics.
Team Collaboration
- Report to CEO – fast feedback, strategic alignment.
- Work with Marketing Officer (campaigns, events, PR, analytics) to support multi-channel efforts.
- Capture content at events / product demos (photo + video).
Requirements
- 3+ years in content creation or digital marketing (tech, industrial, engineering, or luxury manufacturing).
- Portfolio showing technical storytelling + video production (shoot/edit).
- Strong writing: short captions to long-form articles.
- Experience with LinkedIn and YouTube essential; Instagram a plus.
- Self-starter comfortable presenting directly to C-level.
- Nice to Have
- Aviation, marine, drone or advanced materials experience.
- Basic motion graphics (After Effects, Canva).
- SEO or email tools (HubSpot, SEMrush).
- Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
