Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and relevant Arabic and English content for social media, digital campaigns, promotional materials, and other marketing channels.
• Generate creative content ideas based on Saudi consumer interests, local trends, cultural moments, and audience behavior.
• Develop content concepts, themes, storylines, and creative angles for different platforms and campaigns.
• Adapt global or regional content into Saudi-first content that feels natural and relevant to the local audience.
• Create short-form content including social media posts, captions, campaign messages, promotional copy, and other digital content.
• Write high-quality Arabic marketing and social media copy for campaigns, advertisements, promotional materials, landing pages, and digital channels.
• Localize and adapt content rather than directly translating English content.
• Develop compelling headlines, hooks, taglines, calls-to-action, and promotional messages.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Saudi Arabic, local expressions, cultural nuances, and communication styles.
• Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, creativity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Develop content ideas and plans for key social media platforms.
• Monitor Saudi social media trends, popular topics, conversations, and competitor content to identify new content opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in content creation, copywriting, social media content, creative marketing, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating actual content creation and copywriting work, particularly for social media and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi audience, culture, trends, and digital content landscape.
• Fluent Arabic, preferably with strong knowledge of the Saudi dialect, with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience writing Arabic marketing and social media content, rather than simply translating English content.
• Strong creative writing, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Hands-on experience creating content for social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Experience working with designers, video editors, or creative teams to turn ideas into final content.
• Ability to independently develop content from idea to copywriting to creative development to final output.
• Strong awareness of current Saudi social media trends and audience behavior.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
• Experience in EdTech, education, technology, consumer brands, or other B2C businesses is a plus.
