Role overview

Conduct framework and customer outcomes

• Help run the conduct framework and conduct root cause analyses.
• Recommend improvements to products, channels, and processes; collaborate with stakeholders on customer outcomes.
• Collect and analyse data to track customer outcome indicators and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Act as a customer advocate and share insights with decision-makers.

Regulatory and reporting duties

• Maintain clear analysis documentation and prepare reports for internal teams, management, and regulators.
• Align work with FCA requirements, Consumer Duty, and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
• Assist with regulatory change projects and contribute to SM&CR compliance.
• Promote accountability and integrity and ensure compliance with the Insurance Distribution Directive.

Skills and experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Adobe tools.
• Ability to analyse data from multiple sources; strong organisation, time management, and communication skills.
• Awareness of UK insurance regulation and customer protection principles.
• Insurance or financial services experience or understanding of one to two years is preferred, not mandatory.
• Must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive salary listed up to £35,000, depending on experience; the salary cadence is not specified.
