Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed psychiatric assessments and clinical evaluations of patients
• Diagnose and manage a variety of psychiatric disorders with evidence-based treatments
• Provide psychotherapy and manage pharmacological treatments tailored to individual patient needs
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and families on mental health issues and coping strategies
• Maintain precise patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Stay current with advances in psychiatry and integrate best practices into clinical work

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Psychiatry is essential
• Valid medical license for practice in Abu Dhabi/UAE
• Proven experience working as a Psychiatrist in clinical settings
• In-depth knowledge of psychiatric disorders, therapies, and medication management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a multicultural environment
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
