Position: Consultant – Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide anesthesia for pediatric patients undergoing cardiac and cardiothoracic surgeries
- Manage perioperative care including pre-operative assessment, intraoperative management, and post-operative support
- Collaborate closely with pediatric cardiac surgeons, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Handle high-risk and complex congenital heart disease cases
- Monitor and maintain hemodynamic stability during procedures
- Participate in pediatric cardiac ICU care when required
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and research activities
Requirements:
- Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- DOH License or Eligibility (preferred)
- Fellowship or subspecialty training in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia
- Proven experience at Consultant level in pediatric cardiac cases
