Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose patients with orthopedic conditions
- Perform a variety of orthopedic surgeries including trauma, joint replacement, and arthroscopy
- Develop individualized treatment plans with consideration of patient needs and medical protocols
- Manage patient care throughout pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative stages
- Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and rehabilitation processes
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital standards
- Engage in continued professional development to remain current with advancements in orthopedic surgery
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization in Orthopedic Surgery from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
- Valid medical license to practice in the UAE, specifically Sharjah
- Proven experience in orthopedic surgical procedures within a clinical or hospital setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of orthopedic surgical techniques and patient care standards
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
