- As a Consultant Neurosurgeon, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert surgical care to patients with complex neurological conditions within an academic environment.

- Key Responsibilities:* Perform advanced neurosurgical procedures for a wide range of neurological disorders in a university hospital setting.
- Participate actively in academic activities including teaching, mentoring, and supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Engage in clinical research and contribute to scholarly publications and presentations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans for complex cases.
- Provide excellent preoperative and postoperative care ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay informed on latest developments in neurosurgery through continuous education and professional development.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited neurosurgery residency program.
- Proven experience in a consultant or specialist neurosurgical role, preferably within an academic or university healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical and surgical skills, with expertise in complex neurosurgical procedures.
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching, mentoring, and research activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Dedication to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical medical practices.
- Capacity to contribute to academic publications and presentations.
