As a Consultant Neurosurgeon, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert surgical care to patients with complex neurological conditions within an academic environment. Key Responsibilities:* Perform advanced neurosurgical procedures for a wide range of neurological disorders in a university hospital setting.

• Participate actively in academic activities including teaching, mentoring, and supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Engage in clinical research and contribute to scholarly publications and presentations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans for complex cases.
• Provide excellent preoperative and postoperative care ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Stay informed on latest developments in neurosurgery through continuous education and professional development.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited neurosurgery residency program.
• Proven experience in a consultant or specialist neurosurgical role, preferably within an academic or university healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills, with expertise in complex neurosurgical procedures.
• Demonstrated commitment to teaching, mentoring, and research activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Dedication to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical medical practices.
