- SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Consultant Neonatologist to join our healthcare partners.
- This role involves delivering expert neonatal care to newborn infants, particularly those with prematurity, congenital anomalies, or critical illnesses, ensuring optimal health outcomes.
- The Consultant Neonatologist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, diagnose, and manage complex neonatal cases, while providing families with compassionate support and clear communication throughout the treatment process.
- Key Responsibilities:* Provide specialized care to newborns in the NICU and other care settings.
- Perform clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and formulate treatment plans.
- Conduct neonatal procedures and interventions with precision and care.
- Work closely with pediatricians, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Educate and counsel families on their infant’s condition and care options.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical research.
Requirements
- Medical degree with board certification in Pediatrics and Neonatology.
- Completion of Pediatric residency and Neonatology fellowship training.
- Proven experience in managing critically ill neonates in NICU or similar settings.
- Strong clinical judgment and proficiency in neonatal procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to continuous learning and patient-centered care.
- Accurate and thorough documentation and adherence to clinical protocols.
