Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed examination of tissue samples and interpret clinical laboratory results to diagnose diseases accurately
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to integrate pathology findings into patient care plans
- Ensure adherence to laboratory quality control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare comprehensive pathology reports and maintain meticulous documentation of diagnostic activities
- Stay abreast of advancements in anatomic and clinical pathology to apply best practices and innovative techniques
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and medical personnel as needed.
- Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
- Board certification in Anatomic Pathology
- Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region
- Extensive experience in both anatomic and clinical pathology diagnostics
- Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to professional development and staying updated with the latest pathology advancements
