As a Consultant in Cardiac Anesthesia, you will be responsible for comprehensive perioperative anesthesia management, ensuring patient safety and comfort during complex cardiac procedures. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, cardiologists, and nursing staff to deliver exceptional care and optimize surgical outcomes. Key Responsibilities:* Conduct thorough pre-operative evaluations, identifying patient-specific anesthetic risks and requirements.

• Develop and implement tailored anesthesia plans for various cardiac surgeries.
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients rigorously throughout intraoperative and postoperative phases.
• Manage intraoperative complications effectively, ensuring patient safety at all times.
• Coordinate with the surgical team to facilitate smooth workflow and excellent patient care.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of anesthesia services and protocols within the private sector setting.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities to remain abreast of advancements.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:* Medical degree and board certification in Anesthesiology with recognized specialization in Cardiac Anesthesia.

• Proven experience working in cardiac anesthesia, preferably within the private healthcare sector.
• In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular physiology and anesthesia techniques for cardiac procedures.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and make timely clinical decisions.
