• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Consultant Anesthesiologist** to join a leading healthcare provider in Qatar.

• **Key Responsibilities*** Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and formulate individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia for elective and emergency surgical procedures.
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period and ensure safe recovery from anesthesia.
• Manage airway emergencies, resuscitation, and critical care cases.
• Provide acute and chronic pain management services.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, intensivists, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical governance, patient safety, and quality standards.
• Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, continuing medical education (CME), and clinical audits.
• Mentor and supervise junior medical staff, where applicable.
• **Preferred Candidate Profile*** **PQR Tier 1 and Tier 2 qualified professionals** will be given preference.
• International experience in accredited hospitals is an advantage.
• **Requirements**
• **Qualifications & Requirements*** MD/MS/DNB or equivalent qualification in Anesthesiology.
• Board Certification or equivalent recognized Specialist Qualification.
• Minimum **5–10 years of post-specialization experience** at the Consultant level.
• Eligibility for or ability to obtain **Qatar medical licensure**.
• Strong expertise in perioperative care, critical care, airway management, and pain management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
