Job Description
**Job Title:** Construction worker (Tile Mason, Painter, Carpenter, Steel Fixer & General construction Laborers/helpers)
**Location:** Dubai, UAE
**Work type:** In-person

About the Role
We are currently hiring experienced and hardworking construction workers for ongoing residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Candidates with experience in **any of the following trades are encouraged to apply: Mason, Painter, Construction Carpenter, Steel Fixer, or General Construction Laborer/helper**.
The ideal candidates should have experience in construction work, be physically fit, and be able to work effectively in a team environment while following safety procedures.
Masons
- Lay bricks, blocks, and concrete structures.
- Apply plaster, render, tile and finishing work.
- Read and follow construction drawings and specifications.
Painters
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and cleaning.
- Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to walls, ceilings, and structures.
- Ensure high-quality finishing standards.
Construction Carpenters
- Construct and install formwork, frameworks, and wooden structures.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project requirements.
- Repair and maintain temporary and permanent structures.
Steel Fixers
- Cut, bend, and install reinforcement steel bars and mesh.
- Read reinforcement drawings and schedules.
- Secure steel bars and ensure compliance with project specifications.
General Construction Laborers/helpers
- Assist skilled tradesmen on-site.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
- Perform site cleaning and general construction duties.
- Follow supervisor instructions and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous construction experience in the relevant trade.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of construction site safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in UAE construction projects is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Apply plaster, render, and finishing work.
- Read and follow construction drawings and specifications.
