About the Role
Renomode LLC is seeking a motivated, results-driven, and ambitious Business Development Officer to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating leads, and contributing to the company's overall growth strategy.
This position is ideal for a proactive professional with strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Business Development Officer will work closely with management to expand the company's client base, increase revenue, and strengthen market presence.
Mandatory requirement: Candidates must have proven experience in property management, real estate, facility management, building contruction or maintenance industries.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities for building maintenance, renovation and office fit out.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential customers and business partners.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Follow up on inquiries and leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and business development activities.
Requirements
- +5 years ofproven experience in property management, real estate, facility management, building contruction or maintenance industries.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Revenue-focused mindset with client engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of local business practices and industry trends within the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
