The role is Steel Structural Supervisor within NMDC Energy's construction function.
The position may be located on projects within the Operations function.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, guide, and monitor foremen carrying out discipline-specific construction activities.
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly work plans; organize crews and allocate duties.
- Monitor performance and deadlines, and ensure completed work meets set standards.
- Prepare reports on work undertaken for consideration by a senior colleague.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems.
Candidate profile
- Secondary School Certificate with a discipline-specific technical qualification, or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
