Construction activities

• Ensure necessary resources are available and construction work is completed on schedule and to required safety and quality standards.

Education and experience

• Secondary School Certificate with a discipline-specific technical qualification, or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Supervisory experience as a team leader.

Competencies

• Good communication skills and strong cultural awareness.
• Planning and organizing skills, initiative, and sound judgment.
• Written and spoken English, including report writing.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Industry experience

• Oil and gas or EPC experience is specified.
• ADNOC experience on onshore or offshore projects is advantageous.
