Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Construction Secretary** to support our Fit-Out Project team.
The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling project documentation and coordination in a fast-paced construction environment.
Job Description
- Manage and maintain project documents, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and site communications
- Prepare letters, MOMs, and filing systems
- Assist project managers and site teams with administrative support
- Ensure proper documentation control and record keeping
Requirements
- **Valid Qatar ID**
- Experience in construction or fit-out projects
- Proficient in MS Office and document management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Immediate joining preferred
- **Willing to travel to KSA as required**
