About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Construction Sales Manager to lead our business development and sales efforts within the construction and infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and operations teams for successful project execution
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events
