Construction Project Manager
About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and technical submissions
- Conduct site visits and supervise construction activities
- Manage client communication and provide regular project updates
- Handle contract management, variations, and claims
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and coordination with procurement teams
- Lead project meetings and resolve on-site issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10–15 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Experience in handling contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
