The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. With a strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and organizational skills, the Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and budgetary guidelines. This position requires the ability to coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to the plan, while also defining the project’s objectives and overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans that include scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to set and manage project expectations.
• Ensure that the project adheres to all health and safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle, ensuring high standards.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and forecast future financial performance.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to manage project risks.
• Prepare and present reports on the project’s progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and other technical documents.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
