Job responsibilities
- Monitor and control receipt, storage, and issuance of project materials.
- Maintain accurate material inventory records and stock registers.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and approved specifications.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory inspections.
- Track material consumption, shortages, and surplus materials.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, identification, and preservation of materials.
- Prepare material reports and update inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures and HSE requirements.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Material Controller on construction, oil and gas, or petrochemical projects.
- Knowledge of material management, inventory control, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and material tracking systems.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Immediate availability to join is described as both mandatory and preferred in the source.
Pay
- Pay is listed as AED 2,600–9,900 per month.
