Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily civil construction activities at project sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress for timely completion.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project budgets, material requirements, manpower, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site-related challenges.
• Prepare progress reports and update management on project status.
• Ensure work meets project specifications and applicable authority requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in civil construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
• Leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
• Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Pay

• Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 12,000 per month.

Work location

• Work is in person.
