Construction Manager (Saudi National)

Role overview

What you will do

• Lead on-site construction activities to meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Develop and manage construction execution plans, resource requirements, and critical milestones.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to improve productivity and project performance.
• Act as the primary contact for client representatives and key stakeholders on construction matters.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and constraints, and implement corrective actions.

Required skills and experience

• 15+ years of construction management experience delivering large civil, infrastructure, industrial, or structural projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary site teams and managing construction superintendents and engineers.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, planning, scheduling, field operations, contractor management, and construction equipment resources.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired skills and experience

• Experience delivering major infrastructure, public realm, or complex urban development projects.
• Knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and commercial management principles.
• Experience in large-scale programme or PMO environments.
• Understanding of quality management and health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Middle East project experience and experience leading culturally diverse teams.
