Construction Manager

Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities across all disciplines including civil, architectural,mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works large-scale retail commercial, healthcare, residential and mixed-use projects.

Lead, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary construction teams including project engineers, site engineers, site supervisors, technicians, and skilled workers.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure alignment with approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities, maintaining strong professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and implement construction methodologies, work plans, and resource allocation strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Monitor and control project progress, cost performance, manpower deployment, and material management, implementing corrective measures where required.

Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, Saudi Arabian labor laws, and contractual obligations at all times.

Coordinate with procurement, planning, quality, and HR departments to ensure adequate resources and materials are mobilized on time.

Prepare and present detailed progress reports, site updates, and performance metrics to senior management and clients.

Conduct regular site inspections, coordination meetings, and toolbox talks to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are maintained.

Manage subcontractor and vendor performance including coordination, monitoring, quality assurance, and dispute resolution.

Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, resolving technical and operational challenges in coordination with design consultants and project management.

Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities to ensure seamless project completion and client satisfaction.

Ensure adherence to project specifications, Saudi Building Code (SBC), and international construction standards.
